Limited edition steelbook boxset
Universal Pictures wanted a boxset design with a concept behind it thats deeply rooted in the films narrative. my final concept was a double sided box, one side depicting ava in near darkness, in her robotic form and in the basement. The other side showing ava in her humanoid form, experiencing nature, colour and life for the first time. This is a reference to the thought experiment mentioned in the film, called mary & the black and white room.
